Android App Help

I am looking for a help with writing a code that would be able to connect to a Wi-Fi network and stream live sound. I was wondering if anyone could help me out, maybe point me in the direction of where I can find and edit this code. I am a beginner in App programming, although I have 2 years of experience with visual basic and C++.
