Has anyone tried out DaVinci Studio?

I have recently heard of a dev tool called DaVinci, and from what I get of it, it's similar to sencha, but based on HTML5. It also has a jQuery framework and seems to offer a lot of features that sencha does not, but I have not had a chance to test it out yet.

Has anyone tried out the tool or have any opinions on it?
