Problem with listpicker for app inventor

im having trouble populating my list picker. when i add a item to tinyBd the info is stored. then information is added to the second line of the listpicker when it is retrieved from its defined list variable. and also when the app is closed and reopend whatever information was stored to tinyDB all of which is added is only to the first item in said listpicker.

so my question is why is the information added to the second line of the listpicker and why are all the items stored in TinyDB added to only the first line and not split up to thier own list items??

Please help!!!

And am i out of luck until the new update comes out to fix the contact or phonenumber picker reason being "No Contacts found"? i read that its a bug alot of people are having i was just wondering if there is a work around for those using 2.1
