Ubuntu On Android

so, as alot of people most likely know, ubuntu is being made to work with android... what do you all think of this? is it good or bad thing?

It is difficult for me to provide my comments whther it is useful with Android.. it is linux operating system, android also has linux OS.. but ubuntu has some other features which are basically used for desktops.. Ubuntu for android provided gud features as .. both Android and ubundu can run at same time without any effect on other applications on android phone, also has feature that android app can run on ubundu desktop and can do calls, sms from destop. i think it would be useful. Also later on ubuntu will be pre-loaded on android devices.
