100% cpu usage after computer is running for few hours.

Basically my cpu usage hits 100% and stays there after a few hours of using the pc. different programs such as AIM, MSN, ccapp, etc will be the acting programs "causing" the cpu usage. ran adaware se personal fully updated, updated windows sp2, ran norton antivir and norton sysworks, fully updated and still having issues. here's the log.

That's exactly how it works here. However, one person can take on just so many logs at a time and they need to see the user through the fix to the end, which makes it seem you are being ignored.
