99% usage by explorer.exe???? SPyware??

Ok, so i downloaded a movie from a P2P and when i ran it, my explorer.exe started running at 99% and eating up all my resources. I restarted, and as long as i dont' touch the file it doesn't go awkward. I tried to click and delete it but i get a message saygin, "someone or a program is using this file, blah, can't be deleted." i just want to delete it and get rid of whatever it put on my computer. I ran hijack this, a program i learned about on some other forum, can you gyus help at all? here is the log file

hello ikickedapanda,

unfortunately, p2p networks have a lot of trojaned files floating around. Many of them seem legitimate on the surface but are carrying payloads hidden beneath that install malware onto your system.

As far as i can see there isnt anything of danger on your system. Mind you this is only my opinion, and others may find something i missed.
you have a linksys USB wifi system ?

i see you have wincinema being started after bootup. fix this entry in hijackthis and then try to delete the file that is troubling you.

If it is stubborn and refuses to go please submit the file at this website
http://virusscan.jotti.org/ (mind you this might take a while since the file isa video fiel and is likely to be big )
and then post the results here.
