Acelerador de down loads

Hi all, im am looking for some advise about this file that was found when running antivrus programs avg, spy bot,the programs found them but was unable to remove them it said they were mailware,i then run windows essential full scan for 6 hours and came back as no threats found,i think they are in the registry h key, are these files going to cause a problem if so is there a program that will remove them for me as i am not that techincal when going into the pc hardware.

any help would be welcomed.
