Adwares!!!!

My NAV popped up with following files as adwares:

polmx.exe
jpihfbzv.exe
systb.dll
twaintec.dll
wupdt.exe

I tried deleting these guys manually and they are still here. Any pointers on how to delete them?

Oh, I googled for removal techniques but didnt find anything, majority of the posts link back to the logs on this forum.
