aim hijacker (again... hijack log included)

...my college roommate clicked one of those fun little links on peoples profiles and away msgs that contain the aim viruses... and now of course i have it, it pops up an away msg that reads something about PICTURES like most do. iv run norton and AVG and ad aware with no luck and just downloaded the hijackthis tool after reading on these forums and here is my log
