Another 100% CPU problem - Can you look at Hijackthis log

I am having the same problem that I see many people are having. My laptop is running very slow, with CPU usage sitting at 100%, even with very few programs open.

I have tried some of the fixes suggested in other forums, but have not had much luck. These fixes included turning off "Remote Assistance"; downloading Spybot, which found some spy/adware (which I removed); and Process Explorer, which showed me a lot of information, but I had a hard time understanding exactly what it all meant.

I heard HijackThis mentioned by many people, so have just scanned my laptop, the log file is listed below. I would appreciate if someone who knows what they are doing could advise me what I can safely remove, without killing my system.
