Any ideas

Here is what has happened with a recent problem I had. I had a virus and had to do a complete rebuild after Kill Disk/formating my hard drive. I reinstalled Windows, downloaded and installed Spy Killer and Bullguard 4.5. The problem I am having is my windows is now out of date with security updates and it seems that something is keeping me from updating. While logged on the internet Bullguard keeps alerting me to Virus hits, from Qhost to Mblast and some Bot. Not sure is this is what is keeping me from being able to hit Microsoft updates or not. Attached is a copy of my Hijack This file:

Help

To continue with this problem. I keep getting Generic Host Process windows whenever I log on the internet. Also get the little window that says Windows will shut down in 60 seconds. I have run Stinger and Mblaster remover. As far as I can tell my hard drive is clean.
