AV Solution for Client

All - I know this has been asked multiple times and in varied ways, but I'm looking for recommendations on client protection. This is for a small group of PC's all running Windows 7, 64 bit. No servers, AD, etc. All running Office and Outlook with a lot of email and web surfing activity behind a good firewall/router.

Currently purchased is Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Pro for malware control. And currently used for AV is AVG-Free.

Looking for recommendation for specifically an AV program. I do have access to McAfee Virusscan 8.8. I guess I'm looking for recommendations on what other protection it required if I am starting with nothing other than the Malware program. The recommendations on product brands.

Thanks in advance,
M
