Re:Best antivirus software

Avira AntiVir Personal Edition is my first choice for the best free antivirus software if you are looking for the best protection against virus threats, spyware and rootkit. AntiVir is very light on resources and malware detection rate is outstanding, better than almost all antivirus according to evidence.

Norton is famous but not good at last time.

BitDefender, Kaspersky, Nod32 are very popular and effective now.

I hope it will helps you.

Norton 360 is supposed to perform fairly well, however I would not call it the best. I agree with the person above. All the tests seem to point in the way of Kaspersky and BitDefender (and F-Secure in some instances)

BitDefender,and ESET are powerful.
Easy to use.
Norton is famous, but I do not like it.

Best Antivirus

According to 2011 survey best antiviruses are Bit Defender Antivirus, Norton Antivirus , Perfect Antivirus etc.

But i will refer kaspersky internet security Antivirus because it will take take less time to load, and will use very low RAM, scanning power and virus detection power is more as compare to others antiviruses.

Ranking is also good in survey
