Best-Search.US hijacked a Network PC

Trying to fix a PC on the LAN here in the office. I ran hijackthis (the log is below). I ran Ad-Aware and Spybot and also did some cleaning in HijackThis. The browser hijack seems to be corrected, however when using Internet Explorer there is a problem logging in to secure web sites (this is the Director of Accounting's PC) and none of the logins work. So, I looking to you people for help to see if you can find anything that I haven't already. So, onto the log. Thanks in advance for the help...

Hi bigheadmedia,

Your log is clean. Exactly what error does IE give you when trying to access a secure site?

Tom

Hi Tom,
Thanks for the speedy reply. Actually, there is no error involved. Basically, when the guy tries to log on to the bank site the page is submitted and it shows up again blank (I'm a web developer and I could see why this would happen if there was a coding issue). However, when he attempts to access the same site with Mozilla Firefox, it works fine.

So, I've run Ad-Aware and SpyBot S&D several times and each time they find new instances of spyware. Below are the items that each of the find, respectively:

Ad-Aware:
Tracking Cookie (doubleclick.net)
Tracking Cookie (bluestreak.com)

SpyBot S&D:
(DSO Exploit: Data source object exploit (Registry change, nothing done)
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1343024091-162531612-1801674531-1126\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\0\1004!=W=3

Tracking Cookie (Avenue A, Inc.)
Tracking Cookie (DoubleClick)

I've tried fixing the problems in both pieces of software and it still doesn't correct them. Any ideas?
