Blue bar prob...Hijack log attached!

Hi!

I know this has been asked a million times before but I have the exact same problem as the other 999.999 people who've asked before me. I NEED HELP! I can't get rid of this thing (and god knows what else...).

I'm running McAfee antivirus/firewall, Adaware, Spybot and stil nothing...Hope you guys can spare a moment to help a frustrated webdesigner. Here's my HijackThis log:
