can anyone help please i need my hijack this log checking

Hi all can anyone please check my hijack this log as i don't inderstand it and it's the first time i have posted one,

weird things happening like my microphone is on all the time even when just booted up in windows and no audio programs working, i noticed a problem last night when my msn messenger during an audio chat kicked me out and logged me off, so logged back on and it logged me out after 2 mins of all ok, but it won't let me inichiate the audio conversation so the other side needs to ask for audio conversation but keeps saying cannot connect at the present time etc etc, but get this i can web link with them no problem?
