Detecting malware coming from ad servers?

Does anyone know how to detect malware coming from ad servers installed as javascript on a webpage? We use Double Click and are concerned that some ads contain malware.

Is there any way to detect this? Or do anything about it?

It would be nice to be able to detect URLs being served. And look them up on a blacklist somewhere?

Anyone ever hear of anything like this?
