Does Zone Alarm Free have virus protection?

Their site claims their firewall catches viruses other virus scanners miss, though I installed Zone Alarm Free and my computer is telling me I don't have any antivirus protection. Thank you for any feedback!

The free Zonealarm is a firewall only.

Zonealarm pro has some kind of download protection which warns against potential threats.

The Zonealarm Internet security suite has an A/V component.
