Drive Open Problem(Not Open On double Click)

Dear Brother, This is very old problem. I found a problem where I unable to open a "Drive" like C:\ or D: by just double click.
I have to explore the folder view and then I only can open the drive. Please help me out of this problem. If you know any update or patch please inform me.
