Esbot nightmare

Hi all,

We were hit with that damn worm, and now I've got all sorts off problems. We were protected with Norton AntiVirus, but didn't have the definition to catch it. We caught it the next day, went through their removal steps. However, now we have a file that pops up in our system32 folder called .exe, thats right, there is no name at all so it looks like system32\.exe. We can't get rid of it. Anyone have any experience with this?
