Extrem slow Browser startup
Hi there,
I am currently having a problem with my IE, when I start it up, it will start ok, but it is inactive for a extreamly long time, 2-3 min. Hello again..
All other functionality seems to work fine, and when the browser first is "active" it works fine... even Ctrl+O (Open new browser) works fine ??? Only when I start the IE from the shortcut.. Ping to the hosts works fine to.. Regards Iversen.... |

I experienced same problem some week ago, I've solved it keeping hosts file very small and clean. Hope this help, m3lab |

Your log looks clean. One line is questionable: R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar,LinksFolderName = Hyperlinks Has anything changed in the past couple of days? Please post a fresh HijackThis log. Tom
