    File Safe?

I have an executible file that VirusTotal says has the following problems:

    Kaspersky: "not-a-virus:FraudTool.Win32.AntiSpywareShield.be"

    Antiy-AVL says:"FraudTool/Win32.AntiSpywareShield.gen"

Also, on Symantec on TotalVirus it says: "WS.Reputation.1"

But when i scan it with Symantec on my computer, it says it's clean, as does Kaspersky.

Does the file sound safe? And is Antiy-AVL itself sound safe? SpywareDoctor is blocking the site.

As two antivirus programs detect this file infected, its not recommended that you open it on your PC. Are you using of updated version of Symantec on your computer? I mean do you update your antivirus and it still doesn't detect virus in this file?
