Which is the Best Free Antivirus?

Guys, I think its McAfee AntiVirus Plus 2010. I just find these free Internet Security Software and Utilities Programs after rebate, including McAfee AntiVirus Plus 2010, 3 Users
, McAfee Total Protection 2010, 1 User and Norton Utilities. Avira is good as well. What do y'all think

I think its Comodo Security Suite. It has the antivirus and firewall included in one package for free for anybody including business users.

I suggest you Avira, Comodo, Malwarebytes or Bitdefender. Don't use Norton or Mcafee

    Question Avast

The computer shop that I took my laptop to (they had to wipe everything out and reinstall everything) suggested that I use Avast. She said that it was one of the best free ones out today. She put it on my computer (before I got it back less than a month ago). However, last week I got another virus on my computer called ThinkPoint, it is made to look like some thing microsoft came out with but it wasn't. Anyways, Avast detected it when it attacked my computer but it didn't block it or help me get it off once it was on my computer. I had to download several different antivirus's before I found one that got rid of it and it was PC Doctor. Which I have had bad luck with it before. Not to mention you have to pay for the version that will get rid of most of the things that shows up. I don't like Norton or Mcaffe either.

Microsoft Security Essentials is simple to install, easy to use, and always kept up to date so you can be assured your PC is protected by the latest technology and runs quietly and efficiently in the background so that you are free to use your PC the way you want without interruptions or long computer wait times.

Avira and Avast are nice, but it has been a year since i last used free AVs, try out those free AVs. just skip McAfee and AVG for your sake, because when you want them no more, they'll be a pain in your @$$ uninstalling em. been there and never will be
