having issues connecting to network

i've never had this problem until today.

this computer is on a network, static ip, and sometimes i need to change it to dynamic when hooking up and configuring misc. gear. today when i went to set it back to the static ip, i was no longer able to connect to the network. i finally got rid of TVM about 5 minutes ago, not sure if that was the problem or not. i've had problems before somewhat like this, some bug on the computer was editing the hosts file but when i changed it back it always connected again. now its not, but it still works dynamically through a router (VoIP ata in this situation)

i ran hijack this, here is the log, thought maybe something was still in the system that i dont know about that someone would catch and let me know of. thanks

Save it to a convenient place such as a new folder on your desktop. Once downloaded, double-click the file and it will remove the infection.

Open HijackThis, click Config > Misc Tools > Check for Update online
