I got a laptop, HP Compaq nx6325 and although it has been working pretty well for the last year after coming back from being dead.. it needs some tweaking and I need some help...

For whatever reason, the ubs ports don't work, it seems that the computer can't find them.. this is the least of the problems..

Right now, my memory is running extremely high, I have 447 mb ram and it averages about 380 physical memory being used.. the cpu isn't working at 100% anymore, which was due to the usb ports, but now the memory is the problem.. I talked to a friend who thought that a virus was probably using it up and recommended Kaprasky for scanning and removal...

Now, I can download but cannot install kaprasky... I can't install the updates for windows and it seems like certain pages, like this one, keep getting redirected or that it is unable to load due to time out errors..

I went through all the steps listed, from ccleaner, to hijack this.. I am now posting the logs from each program I ran and scanned for info and guidance on what to do. Thank you guys very much, in advance. you all saved me last time.
