there are alot of entries in your registry that need to be tackled and more will appear i presume. make sure you run spybot, adaware etc.

also run the following command from the cmd prompt with your windows xp disk in the drive
"sfc /scannow" (without the quotes)

post back after you've doen all this. there are files in your windows folder and system 32 you need to clean out. please delet all files in the temp and temporary internet folders loacted here

c:\Documents and settings\<you user name>\localsettings\

make sure have enabled showing of all hidden files.

hope i helped a little bit

if some files refuse to get removed, then open the cmd prompt and navigate to that file. then fromt eh task manager kill the explorer process (leave the cmd window open). then use the command "del" to remove the file that wasnt going. after you are done, use the run propmt in the taskmanager to restart explorer. ie "explorer.exe"

hope this helps a bit. post a fresh log after this. aviod using IE ad your browser. please use firefox, or post the lof from another machine as i'm sure there will be stuff i have missed. hope that either user grinler, or tommyboy sees this thread and helps you out though coz they are the best. cheers
