Help!!! My home page has been hijacked! Urgent!

My homepage has been hijacked , and always comes up with "your-searcher.com", even when I change it back to blank in internet options. This has been going on for a week now, and I've tried Spybot and Adaware, and neither helped. I downloaded Hijackthis, and got the following log file. Please let me know if there is something I can do to get rid of your-searcher. It also place four items in my "favorites" that I keep deleting, and they keep coming back. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you so much!!!
