Help, please?

Everytime I restart my computer, tons of programs load that I know are spyware/adware/trojans, whatever they may be. My homepage is changed, and several popups come up. I know of these that I can't seem to get rid of amee.exe, wmplayer.exe.
I have trojan hunter, which picked up several "possible" trojans, but I can't seem to get rid of them, also ran my anti-virus programs, with no luck.
I just downloaded HijackThis and this is my first log:

Well, nevermind, I think everything is solved. Other than a few things on HJT that I saw that were safe nothing is coming up, I got CWShredder (I believe it's called?) & that got rid of some, then ran Spybot S&D, Trojan Hunter, and my anti-virus, it got rid of everything on my HJT log that wasn't safe, and the computer's been running a lot faster with a quicker startup. Oh, amee.exe, and wmplayer.exe were removed.
