Help Please Error Message

( ) has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. I'm getting this message with multiple programs. It started a few weeks ago after i did a system restore that i did to get rid of a fake microsoft security virus. I used spybot, malware bytes, hitman pro, superanti spyware atf cleaner and ccleaner and i found a some multiple viruses that i believe i got rid of but now i get this message when i open certain programs. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance.
