Highjacked please please help

Ok i got all the basics. Highjacked home page by the e shredder crap, etc. etc. but one thing i have not seen in other posts is people not being alowed to go threw there program files and what not. Maybe i mis read some stuff but it seems i have not seen any one else with that problem. Like when i try to open "my computer" no icon's are there, just a small box in the corner, it says 10 objects at the bottom but all thats there is a small small box in the top left corner. Please help guys, this thing completely disables my computer for the most part and i couldint save any files if i wanted to, seeing as how i cant get to them!

If what i have done so far by submitting the Highjackthis findings to you guys isint the right direction, would some one mind setting me off in the right direction to get this problem solved.

PS. thanks in advance
