Hijack This Log

I cleaned out a ton of Bad files once but I am having one remaining trouble. In Internet Explorer I am randomly having not "pop-ups", but coupon advertising come in on the same window as the pages I frequent. These come up for all sorts of sites from Amazon.com to Bestbuy.com. Below is my Hijack File. Any help would be great!!
