hijack this log included PLEASE HELP my homepage has been hijacked

My home page has been hijacked by "your-searcher.com". I've tried Adaware and Spybot with no success. "your-searcher" also added "favorites" to my list that I don't recognize. Can any one help me?? Thank you for your time.
