Hijacked! best-search.cc + dialer (log inside)

When I run IE my home page is automaticly set to best-search.cc (you will se whole link in log). Usually I stop loading of that page. But when I let it continue with loading it restarts my connection and starts to dial strange number (a lots of digits)! Some kind of dialer. When I click on link in google that link (whatever it may be) takes me to their page so I cannot use google.

I cannot change my home page in internet options. I cannot access regedit.

I've downloaded spybot search&destroy and cwshredder.
I wanted to start cwshredder first and let it do its work and then spy bot. And fix some things with help of HijackThis.

But everything of that is new to me so I need advice from you.
