HiJacked by http://www.windowws.cc/hp.htm?id=617. Can't get rid of it.

Hey guys. Usually I can get rid of these things really easy. I do lots of C/C++ and windows kernel programming so I usually understand how to get rid of them. Also, usually SpyBot, Adaware, HiJack This and CWShredder can get rid of any spyware. I have ran all of those and have ran Norton (all in regular windows and all in sofemode as well. I cannot get this thing to go away. I have the most updated defs for the anti-spyware and anti-virus. Anyways, I keep getting hijacked to this page http://www.windowws.cc/hp.htm?id=617 which then forwards me to this page http://296f8.ilxt.info/index.php?aid=20617. I always go through and delte everything but it always comes back. I have also disabled many startup options but nothing works. Please HELP!! Here is my HJT log:

Never mind, used SpySweeper fixed the whole thing. I had CW.Smartsearch.2 and CW.image. Thread closed.
