Exclamation Hijacked homepage
I've been hijacked and my homepage goes to about:blank. I have run ad-aware and hijack this. Can someone please tell me what I should fix on my hijack this log below. What else can I do to prevent this? Thanks.

Please download this zip.

http://tools.zerosrealm.com/pv.zip
Please unzip it to the desktop. It will not work if you run it from inside the zip.

After unzipped go to the desktop. Open the pv folder. Double click on the runme.bat

A dos window will open. Please select option 1 for explorer dll's by typing 1 and then pressing enter.

Notepad will open with a log in it. Please copy and paste the log into this post.

Please download CWShredder from Here

Press "Check for Update" first. Download any new updates available.

Close ALL browser windows or it may not work. Unzip it to a convenient location and select "Fix" (do not just Scan). It will automatically remove the infections.

Please Update Windows and Internet Explorer. Download each critical update one by one, rebooting when necessary..

Cpu @ 100%
CPU is running at 100% and spyware pop up appears everytime I run IE (homepage still goes to about:blank).
The problem is getting worse as the system is slowing, I can't download spyware blaster, IE constantly getting errors and having to shut down.
