My computer is working great now! For some reason my windows updates were not being updated and I had several that needed to be downloaded. Everytime I got an update notification I would click to download the files but some of the files didn't load. I found a utility on the Microsoft website called Baseline Security Analyzer http://www.microsoft.com/technet/se...s/mbsahome.mspx and it scanned my computer and listed what needed to be updated and what security risk there were and how to fix them. I have just finished downloading all the files from Microsoft and I'll try to do the Windows Update next to see if that was my time discrepancy problem. Regarding the SBC Parental Controls, they are disabled.

I don't know about the Trusted Zone with windows update. By the way, how do you turn off the Office 200) Shortcut Bar. When I had to do the updates, it was added back on.
