Homepage - attacked - cannot stop the popups

Hi,

My IE 6 has this popup and Home Search page set as default.

No matter what I do with, I keep noticing these Executables running and home-page and search-pages popping up randomly using different DLLs. I tried my best to get rid off this problem, by trying various options like.. killing the relevant process threads, deleting the registry entries, and deleting the EXEs and DLLs from WINNT folder(s). I probably must have used more than 6 to 8 Adware, spyware eliminator, CoolWeb Service eliminator softwares but to no avail.

As posted in one off these many threads referring to the similar problem, I ran the GetService.bat file and the log file is uploaded for immediate reference..

My laptop has Windows 2000 WorkStation as the O/s with all the latest and greatest SPacks and IE SPs.

I have tons of important information on my laptop and I need help in solving this problem. I can not afford to format/re-image my system.

i personally use mozilla firefox instead of internet explorer you can download it here http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/

i have never had an isuue with a browser hijack in the time ive been using mozilla
