homepage hijacked to C:\WINDOWS\secure.html please help. report inside

Hi whenever I start my explorer it goes to a blue page informing me that i have spyware and a link to buy their program. the homepage has been permenatly changed to:
C:\WINDOWS\secure.html. I read other sites and they say i need to delete reg32.exe but i cannot find it. I ran Avg anti virus and adware and CWSshreder but nothing helped. AVG said i had some viruses but were healed. I did delete some files that were healed last night fearing they had the virus but nothing helped. There is also a secure.html in my windows folder that everythime i try to delete it reapers. here it the hijackthis report:

Run Hijackthis again, click scan, and Put a checkmark next to each of these. Then click the Fix button

I did what u said. All teh popups have stoped. But, now the homepage is still google.com but its still took over by aq blue screen! also yahoo deos not work is also a blue screen. here is my new log:

I did what u asked and deleted explorer.exe. But it would not let me get of 04 and all of 015 it gave me an error saying: An Unexpexted error has occured at procedure:cmdFix_Click() Error75-Path/File accsess error (30 items in results list).

Now when I try to accsess Google or Yahoo it just sais "Internet Explorer cannon open the Search page"

It wont let me it sais:An Unexpexted error has occured at procedure:cmdFix_Click() Error75-Path/File accsess error (30 items in results list).

Ok it finally let me delete the entrys u showed me, but google.com and yahoo still dont work? The message still reads "Internet Explorer cannot open the search page" any more suggestions? here is my new log:
