I Don't Know What`s Happening, Please HELP!

On the 12th of August, I had gotten a popup with 180 Search Assistant. It was either press ok to install it, or press cancel and have it reappear again. In panic, I shut off my computer. (Perhaps that was a bad move. I had restored my computer already because of another attack.) The next day I had endless popups, and constant installations of things I didn't agree to such as Ezula, and Toolbar. Now there is this thing that won't be erased, Store Knob Pile. It says cannot delete HideMixChin: access denied, the source file may be in use. Please help
