internet explorer -page can not be displayed

For the third time my homepage has been hyjacked. After I was sucessful in cleaning up with Hyjack this. I ran CWshedder and it removed something called 180search which required me to uninstall the rest of it. After running Adaware and Spybot, my system says its clean, but it changed my explorer settings as I can't connect and detect a server wirelessly and even trying to connect to Juno I get page can not be displayed. In Juno it will let me connet and check Email and even displays modem speed, I can not view any web pages. What's the best way to fix explorer?????
