I'm *guessing* you have a software firewall that makes you confirm outgoing requests???
The way I've always handled software firewalls is to deny the request if I'm not sure it absolutely needs to connect to the internet. If the software doesn't work, then allow it.

Hello.I have a firewall indeed. The only option it gave me was to block every activity for that application and I did.No problems so far.The problem is I am not sure it is an application that needs to do anything on the Net and I am scared of a possible trojan so I was asking if somebody else had explorer.exe ask to connect outside of the pc

explorer.exe can be used to view the web also, so I'd allow it, its normally not a problem
