Major Infection, HJT Included

It's me again, only it's not my computer this time. My sister came home from college yesterday for winter break, and with her she brought her computer which she said has viruses. I turned it on and nearly fainted. It's running Win XP Professional, P III, pretty basic computer. Here's the problem. I couldn't get it online, so I transfered the latest refrence file of Ad-Aware 6 on a floppy disk (sadly, I dont have a cd burner). I ran Ad-Aware, it found 5 running processes and 215 other things It's CPU usage is 100% constantly, (although after I removed those 5 processes and other stuff, the CPU usage got a little better). The computer is slow!!! I checked out the system registry and searched for all of the stuff that was on my comp. I found all of it and then some, I deleted most of the stuff I thought suspicious, but I KNOW there is still a lot more crap. She had NetZero which I think was one big problem to start with, and outdated versions of virus protections. THE LOG REPORT IS IN A REPLY TO THIS POST (TO MANY CHARACTERS )

She has like 45 running processes which I know is way too many... thanks for all of your help!!

Viruses I know she has/had:
BuddyLinks
nCase
Apropos
2ndThought
AutoUpdater
And Many...Many...MORE!!!

Hey Jared,

I have seen Adaware and Spybot Search and Destroy remove 2,800 objects from one computer! So I know where you are coming from

I think you'll find Bear Share was probably one of the biggest contributors to this mess!

You might want to print these instructions for reference or copy and paste them into notepad and save them on your desktop, as you will be off the internet while using HijackThis.

If you have any questions before starting the fix, please don't hesitate to ask!

Go to Start > Run > Services.msc

Scroll down to the WinTools for IE service, stop it, and set it to 'Disabled'.

Now restart your computer, go to Start > Run > Regedit and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services.

Doubleclick that "Services" subkey in order to expand the branch, locate the WinTools subkey, rightclick it, and choose 'delete' from the context menu.

Then...

Boot into Safe Mode. Reboot your computer, start tapping F8 when it first starts booting, select Safe Mode. Please press Ctrl-Alt-Delete and open Task Manager. End the following process by selecting it and pressing the End Process button and clicking Yes to the confirmation message:

WToolsA.exe
TBPS.exe
PIB.exe
wintoolsS
WSup.exe

Then....

Open a command prompt by click on Start, then Run, and type cmd.exe and press the OK button.

You will now be in a command prompt. Type regsvr32 /u /s "C:\Program Files\Toolbar\toolbar.dll and press the enter key on your keyboard.

Type exit to close the command prompt.

Next...

Please go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove programs and remove:

MyWebSearch
Incredifind
Spyware Stormer < it's considered bogus spyware removal software
System Soap Pro < it's bundled with foistware
Web Rebates
SideFind
funwebproducts
buddylinks
PSD Tools

Next...

Run HijackThis, click scan, place a checkmark next to the following items. Close all browsers and any other windows or the fix may not work! Click "fix checked". It is OK if some of these items are no longer listed.
