When you go to: Start > Control Panel > Network Connections > right-click your connection > Properties

What protocols and services are listed?

Are you on a company LAN or is this one computer connected to the internet?

Tom

You see it listed because it is installed. TCP/IP does have a checkmark next to it doesn't it? If it does, you can continue with the instructions on Symantec's site.

Sorry this is taking so long.

Tom

Missing bridge.dll

error loading c:\Windows\System32\bridge.dll during startup.

Use Notepad, create new file and write there text you see between the dashes.

-----------

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run]
"RunDLL"=-
-----------

Save the file as: unbridge.reg
Close notepad. double-click unbridge.reg and accept the change.
Once this is done you should be able to reboot without the message for Bridge.dll.
