MSIVX troubles
My PC has been acting up lately (noticing a.exe, b.exe, c.exe processes running in Task Manager, slow to respond, website links randomly redirecting, etc.), so I came here and began following the instructions outlined in "If you have infection issues start here first.." thread. Well, toward the end of Step 2 (Malwarebytes Anti-Malware), I was informed that there were a few (three to be exact) stubborn files that required deletion upon reboot. I said okay and let my system reboot. I ran mbam.exe again after my computer started up and it ran into one of them again - C:\WINDOWS\system32\MSIVXcount - and it again wanted me to attempt a deletion upon reboot, so I did. Needless to say, I ran mbam.exe once more and it continues to find that file and wanting me to delete upon reboot. Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
