MSlti64.exe - XP CPU usage 100%

I run windows-XP professional edition. My CPU was always showing 100% even when i do nothing. with help from this forum i could detect taht a process named MSlti64.exe was taking away 98% of the CPU time. I stopeed this process deleted this exe from system32 adn also deleted the hosts file where the loopback address fro NAV was changed to 127.0.0.1. I have also removed the registry entries from HKLM.
I am posting a hijackthis log. Please tell me whether my computer is ok now or not.

Run HJT and after scanning, check the following entries and have Hijackthis fix them:

Per HJT, there are also two other entries that come up as potential problems. They are:

This is for Download Accelerator Plus though and I'm not sure why it's reading it as problems. I wouldn't worry about DAP right now.

Fix the 3 things listed initially though and you should be OK.
