My computers slowing down, tons of pop ups, and about:blank homepage? Can anyone help

I've had this about:blank problem for a couple of weeks now. It constantly reassigns my homepage to about:blank. Just recently my computer has started to slow down for a few seconds then it returns to normal speed. Sometimes when I start my computer I'll get error messages about two different files, one being trztl and another one is named khqwz or something like that, when I get the error messages again I'll post exactly what it says. I'm getting millions of the same popups, all the time. I don't know if this is all connected but I've tried Ad-aware, cwshredder, trojan removers, track eraser, McAfee virus scan, etc. Ad-aware always finds files and deletes them, but they always come back.
