|
NAVAPSVC.EXE cuts in and out
Recently I have noticed my XP pc taking a dive every so ofter. Looking at the CPU usage, I can see that NAVAPSVC.EXE cuts in and takes 20-30% CPU and then cuts out. Is this actually normal.??
