Need Help Please, hijacked

I have tried everything to rid my compter of this hijacker. I was instructed to try this forum. I've run "NoAdware" and "Spy Sweeper" Tried "FixBlast" thinking that may help. It takes me about 15 minutes just to get into this forum. I really apprecitate any help at all. HiJack this tells the following on my latest scan. Thanks for your time.

Sorry Edwinbrains, I had tried a few things to attempt to fix the problem and thought the copy of my "Hijackthis" scan would be different. I wanted to make sure I had the correct information for the users of the forum to see. I tried to delete my original post afterwards but it wouldn't let me.
