Need help, Winantivirus Pro and other popups

I have been having problems with winantivirus pro. I used HijackThis to scan my system, but need someone to tell me which files to fix and how to do so.

Hi,

firstly update your virus scanner with the latest definiations and run a full system scan. Download the following tools if you dont have them already.
Ewido
Adaware
Spybot.
Update the signitures of the above tools with their latest definitions.

Disable system restores if you have XP. Reboot your computer into safemode. Delete the contents of your temp folder & also delete all your temporary internet files. Then Run full system scans with all the above tools & your antivirus (if you dont have one or cant update try AVG). It's important to do full scans.

Finally, reboot into normal mode and do an online Pandasoft Scan. Run hijackthis again and post the log here for us to look at.

The scans will may take a while depending on the size of your HD and the number of files on it. Dont cheat though, do full scans.
