Need help with spyware, HijackThis log included

Hello, recently I've been plagued by the "Friend's come over and put a crapload of spyware on your computer" virus. --; I have used Spybot, Adaware, over and over and time and time again, yet this freaking crap keeps coming back. Here is my hijack log..

The two things that keeps showing up are DSO exploit and Peopleonpages, sometimes I get Roings(Malware). >_<

I also had this problem where my Icon's are missing. I ran house call, and I had three viruses(don't remember names) I think they may have caused them, any idea on how to restore them all back to normal?
